Better workflow at Glasgow

All smiles at Glasgow with senior radiographer Emma Johnstone, radiographer Michael Jazwinski, radiographer Julia Galloway, senior radiographer Vicki Soutar, territory manager Xograph Healthcare Steve Taylor and senior radiographer Jill Young.

The radiography department at Gartnavel General Hospital, part of the NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde, is now up and running with a new general x-ray system.  A Damgaard bucky with a Pausch ceiling crane has been supplied and installed by Xograph Healthcare.

The chest room incorporates the very latest electronics and x-ray technologies to ensure maximum safety, reliability and ergonomic ease of use for both staff and patients.  The system incorporates the Canon CXDI-40EC flat panel which has significantly increased productivity as it provides images within seconds and makes patient positioning much easier.
