Günter steps down after 40 years at Siemens

Siemens has announced that Günter Dombrowe, managing director of Siemens’ healthcare sector in the UK and healthcare sector lead for the north west Europe cluster is to retire at the end of March.

Siemens UK ceo Roland Aurich thanked Günter for his more than 40 years of service to Siemens and, in particular, his success in the UK that includes not only a strong and competent organisation and a leading market share, but also pioneering the Public Private Partnership business for the healthcare sector, which is now being successfully adopted outside the UK.

Günter will be succeeded as managing director UK by Peter Harrison, currently UK divisional director, imaging and therapy systems.
