Ultrasound system impresses staff at Princess Alexandra

At Princess Alexandra Hospital are antenatal screening coordinator Tina Ten-Hove, senior sonographer Naomi Ridout, advanced practitioner Paula Mattock and student sonographer Hannah Rout.
Princess Alexandra Hospital in Harlow, Essex, has chosen an Aloka ProSound Alpha 7 ultrasound system from Olympus KeyMed for use in maternity ultrasound.
Explaining the decision, advanced practitioner Paula Mattock said: “The machine is used for the full range of obstetric and gynae scans performed in the department, so high resolution imaging was an essential requirement for us.”
