Morecambe Bay sonographers gather for study day
Speakers and delegates at an ultrasound study day sponsored by Toshiba Medical.
An ultrasound study day sponsored by Toshiba Medical brought together sonographers from across the University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust at Westmorland General Hospital.
The programme included presentations by the trust’s radiologists and obstetricians, as well as visiting speaker ultrasound speciality manager at Hull and East Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust Pam Parker who focussed on elastography and fusion imaging.
Trust head of ultrasound Jayne Ireland said: “The study day was very well received, with informative presentations and demonstrations of elastography using the new Aplio i-Series system, with the help of Lynn Parkington and Paula Connor from Toshiba Medical.”
