IV cannulation and injection course is launched

Following the success of its current courses, Imaging Innovated is introducing several new ones. One of these will look at administering intravenous injections for radiographers, covering the key aspects of injectors and contrast media as well as provide a practical introduction to cannulation and injection. It is intended to form the basis to enable radiographers to gain accreditation for intravenous injection skills. The two-day event is also open to radiographic assistants to enable them to gain cannulation skills.
Liz Beckmann said that Imaging Innovated was delighted to have the opportunity to add this course to its catalogue, and to have Bracco’s educational support.
