King’s Mill reduces the contrast dose

King’s Mill Hospital Sutton-in-Ashfield

King’s Mill Hospital, Sutton-in-Ashfield, has had two Bracco CT Exprès contrast media injectors installed in its CT department.  The system has had a positive impact on how the hospital runs on a day-to-day basis.  CT radiographer Elizabeth Sobiesinski, pictured on the right with radiographers Jenny Gibson and Emma Gambell and CT radiographers Kirsty Podgorzec and Jo Fisher, said: “The CT Exprès has improved workflow, saving us time and contrast and making it a much more efficient department.”

The small footprint and small size of the injector make it easy to move and store when not required. A 24-hour licence for the consumables means that there is no requirement to change for evening and night scanning.
