Connected interface streams outputs from any surgical, ultrasound or CT equipment

The Connected Health Intelligence Platform (CHiP) by SurgEase Innovations is a software technology interface that digitally connects clinical teams to improve access to an immediate second opinion.
SurgEase has called on its understanding of clinical workflows to provide a means of seamless connectivity between digital outputs and remote proctors. With its LG surgical monitor, the CHiP station streams outputs from any surgical, ultrasonography or CT equipment and creates a platform where immediate virtual second opinions can be delivered from any location. This can assist healthcare systems to achieve efficiency, greater affordability and accessibility to siloed expertise.
“By ensuring multidisciplinary care during clinical diagnostic tests and procedures, and by removing the need for teams to move between sites during their execution, the CHiP platform has transformed clinical practices and behaviours,” states LG. “The bilateral augmented reality annotation overlay function provides synchronous teaching for a truly immersive ‘telestration’ experience.”
