Sectra’s tutu-clad crews raise £1,065

The Milton Keynes Dragon Boat Festival was held in July on Willen Lake, Milton Keynes, where 60 crews battled it out over a 250m race course.

Sectra had entered two teams, Sectra-Wingers and Sectra-Flyers who finished 26th and 60th respectively.

Accessorised in pink to support the Keep Fit and Pink Campaign, they raised £1,065 for the Genesis Appeal, a breast cancer prevention charity that has helped fund the build of Europe’s first purpose-built breast cancer prevention centre, the Nightingale Centre in Manchester, which is equipped with Sectra’s breast imaging PACS.
