PTW’s larger range offers water phantoms suitable for every user

Dosimetry product manufacturer PTW is expanding its Beamscan range of water phantoms to offer optimised solutions for different clinical environments. There will now be three fully equipped models: Speedo for speed, Ringo for space efficiency and Mobilo for mobility and flexibility. Available in early 2026, all three models incorporate features that simplify daily clinical workflows, including AI-based data processing and a fully automated set-up with a Trulevel levelling function. With automation, the company says, all systems can be ready for measurement within minutes.

Beamscan Speedo is designed for high throughput clinics operating multiple linacs under tight schedules. This fast, all-in-one water phantom comes ready for use and enables efficient, precision QA and dosimetry. Ringo is suited to clinics with ring gantry linacs or limited space. Easy to set up directly on the patient couch, the compact Ringo requires only 0.79sqm of floor space. The robust and flexible Mobilo is tailored for multi-site clinical networks and service providers with mobile needs. It features a foldable lift and optional validated transport packaging and can be safely transported by lorry, train or aircraft .
