Medneo acquires Ramsay Diagnostic UK mobile imaging assets as it expands footprint
Diagnostic imaging provider Medneo has partnered with Ramsay Health Care UK in a multi-million pound agreement. Medneo will acquire Ramsay Diagnostics UK’s mobile MRI and CT fleet and enter a six-year exclusive contract to provide mobile imaging services across Ramsay’s national hospital network. Medneo will also welcome its diagnostic imaging team into the business.
The partnership expands Medneo’s national footprint, adds new hospital locations across the UK and strengthens its ability to support healthcare providers with quality imaging services at scale. It also increases Ramsay Health Care UK’s ability to deliver diagnostic services across its 34 hospitals.
