Weston welcomes the latest user-friendly Aplio

The radiology department at Weston General Hospital, Weston-super-Mare has invested in a Toshiba Aplio 500 ultrasound system.
Ultrasound lead sonographer Jane Baker said: “We are very pleased to have taken delivery of our Aplio 500, which replaces one of the old Toshiba Aplio series machines. It will predominantly be used by the sonographers, with some paediatric and musculoskeletal work being undertaken by the radiologists.
“The team is very used to Toshiba systems, but there are some exciting new technical developments with the Aplio 500 that will bring further benefits to our practice.”
