Investment in Monklands Hospital, NHS Lanarkshire, is continuing with the addition of a Shimadzu Radspeed analogue x-ray system.

According to UK distributor MIS Healthcare, the hospital’s radiographers are finding it a pleasure to use, with its auto positioning, hundreds of APR settings, and a redesigned collimator.

Following installation and applications training, the system was up and running within two weeks of delivery.
