Danetre Hospital’s podiatric surgical unit has taken delivery of a Hologic Insight FD x-ray system, supplied by Vertec Scientific. Staff at the unit, part of the Northampton General Hospital NHS Trust, have received training on the equipment.
As the latest generation of mini C-arm x-ray imaging systems, the all-digital Hologic Insight FD features an ergonomic flat detector with ease of positioning for patent/operator access, and a forward tube source design to give greater C-arm depth.
