Advanced technologies are easy to learn

Castle Hill Hospital, Humberside, has upgraded its fluoroscopy service by replacing an existing Philips machine with a Philips MultiDiagnost Eleva FD. A universal x-ray system with remote controlled C-arm, the new equipment is designed to assist with diagnostic and interventional procedures.
Speciality manager, radiology, Ann McFadyen said: “The system delivers superb image quality and is user and patient friendly, with an excellent range of accessories. It offers the latest advanced technology but is nonetheless easy to learn.
“We are familiar with Philips equipment and the staff feel confident with the extra functionality the kit can provide.”
