AECC appoints Professor Haig as principal
Professor Lesley Haig.
Higher education institution AECC University College has appointed Professor Lesley Haig as its next principal. Professor Haig is currently head of department of Allied Health Sciences at London South Bank University, where she established a successful undergraduate chiropractic programme. She is also lead allied health professional responsible for the leadership and development of health science undergraduate, postgraduate and research provision.
Speaking of her appointment Professor Haig said: “It is a real privilege to be joining AECC University College as principal at this important time in its history and following its considerable success in recent years.
“I look forward to working with the AECC University College community and its partners locally, nationally and internationally to develop the breadth and depth of its health sciences offering, and to enhance its reputation as a centre of excellence in patient-centred musculoskeletal health, wellbeing and performance.”
