AECC University College enhances clinical training

AECC University College’s School of Medical Ultrasound has teamed up with Samsung Medical and UK distributor MIS Healthcare to maintain and enhance the delivery of first-class clinical training and care. Twelve cutting-edge Samsung imaging systems will be housed at the school where they will allow students a real-world sense of radiology through using the latest technology and having access to premium facilities.
Deputy head Warren Foster said: “Working with MIS/Samsung provides the opportunity for our students to use state-of-the-art ultrasound equipment at all levels, allowing in-depth knowledge of image production and manipulation – the key to safe practice. We are looking forward to a long association with MIS/Samsung, collaborating on education, equipment development and cutting-edge research.”
