CQC-registered AMDS specialises in deploying cross-trained, skilled clinical teams into diverse environments, from fixed hospital sites to mobile and modular units. This flexibility enables rapid capacity expansion, seamless integration and delivery of complex imaging services in challenging settings supporting urgent recovery plans, backlog reduction and community-based diagnostics.
A key example is a partnership with Somerset NHS Foundation Trust, where modular MRI and CT units were installed at Bridgwater Community Hospital. Th is initiative has significantly reduced waiting times, including a more than 50 per cent decrease in whole body MRI waits, improving patient access.
