Agfa Radiology at RSNA

Reflecting the RSNA theme of Imaging the Individual, Agfa Radiology Solutions will showcase how its digital radiology portfolio combines high quality imaging with streamlined workflows to help radiology teams work faster and with confidence.

From acquisition to triage, Agfa says its integrated hardware and intelligent software are designed to improve throughput, support dose management and prioritise urgent cases sooner.

“Radiology teams today are under pressure to work faster while maintaining diagnostic accuracy. At RSNA 2025, we will demonstrate how Agfa’s DR solutions and intelligent technologies are designed around those needs,” said global head of marketing Vinicius Correa. “By simplifying workflows, supporting confident diagnoses and helping radiologists and radiographers make every image count, we aim to empower our customers to focus on what matters most – the individual patient.”

The versatile DR 800 ‘multi-tool’ offers high performance for digital radiography and fluoroscopy from a single investment. Dynamic Musica image processing software handles fluoroscopic images with high quality and low dose features. Digital subtraction angiography functionality enables an efficient angiography workflow.

The mobile DR 100s is said to deliver exceptional image quality and reliability at the point of care, with usability and freedom of movement. It is equipped with ZeroForce motor-assisted movement of the vertical column and time-saving features supporting a one-click workflow.

The Dura-line family of wireless detectors has a new addition: the glass-free Dura-line XF, designed to deliver exquisite image quality at an ultra high resolution of 99-micron pixel pitch. It is also lightweight and durable.

At Agfa’s booth, visitors can discover the SmartXR portfolio that adds intelligent predictive workflow assistance for dose, alignment, patient positioning, image rotation and more.

The ScanXR portfolio assists clinicians and radiologists in accelerating the identification of suspected pathologies that tend to be underdiagnosed or that need to be treated immediately.

CriticalScan offers an ‘early warning system’ for critical findings in chest x-rays such as those indicating a risk of tuberculosis, pleural effusion or tension pneumothorax, powered by Lunit Insight CXR. DensityScan, powered by IBEX BH, assists early identification of patients with a high risk of osteoporosis, during ordinary x-rays.
