AI-powered technologies for the detection, diagnosis and treatment of breast disease will be on show on Hologic’s stand

This year Hologic will showcase new technologies for the detection, diagnosis and treatment of breast disease. These include AI-powered solutions such as Genius AI Detection (GAID), with enhanced detection and decision-making capabilities, and 3DQuorum, which leverages Genius AI technology to streamline 3D mammography workflows by producing 6mm SmartSlices, and is said to reduce reading time without sacrificing diagnostic quality.
The company will show how contrast-enhanced mammography can be used effectively in clinical practice at its CESM workshops with Dr Tamara Suaris, consultant radiologist at St Bartholomew’s Hospital, London .
Hologic will be joined on its stand by colleagues from Endomag, now a Hologic company, whose magnetic localisation technologies are said to help women with breast cancer avoid surgery when it is not needed and experience better outcomes when it is.
“We are passionate about championing women’s health and empowering clinicians with the tools they need to make a meaningful difference in the lives of their patients,” the company says.
