Allura equips Royal Preston’s cardiac department

At Royal Preston Hospital are specialist radiographers Bev Calsen and Peter Cook, cardiac nurse Emily Draper, staff grade Dr A Bhada, specialist radiographer Diana Butler, cardiac nurses Lauren Withey and Carla Hendy, consultant cardiologist Dr S Kumar and Philips key account manager Theresa Gibson.

 

Royal Preston Hospital has acquired a Philips Allura FD10 cardiac system to perform high quality diagnostic procedures in its refurbished cardiac department.

 

Clinical manager Caroline Mee said: “We chose the Philips system as our first fixed cardiology imaging system due to its superior image quality, outstanding ease-of-use and previous experience of Philips’ systems.”
