Aplio’s vascular presets are a hit at Hillingdon

At Hillingdon Hospital are senior sonographers Narinder Virdee and Rekha Khamar with Toshiba applications specialist ultrasound Filia Aristidou.


Hillingdon Hospital, Middlesex, has acquired Toshiba’s latest ultrasound system, the Aplio 500.  Purchased mainly for use in vascular imaging, the scanner was system of choice for sonographers at the hospital.   


Senior sonographer Narinder Virdee said “We are all impressed with the imaging quality and colour sensitivity and particularly like the vascular presets.”
