AXREM fills out its Future Leaders Council
As it approached its first anniversary, AXREM’s Future Leaders Council (FLC) opened applications to member companies in its search for 10 new members to complete the council. It now consists of up to 20 professionals representing a cross-section of membership and areas of interest. The FLC serves as the voice of earlier career professionals in member companies and aims to shape the future of the industry as well as strengthen the current AXREM strategic governance structure by complementing its executive committee. Participants in these roles are senior leaders who share their expertise to drive strategy and ensure value to members. To complement this, some fresh ideas from the perspective of a new generation of rising stars and future leaders are sought. Membership engagement manager Melanie Johnson said: “This year we are very excited to be introducing a training programme as part of the council, to give back to the members who kindly support and shape the development of AXREM.”
