AXREM selects its Future Leaders Council members

AXREM Future Leaders Council

AXREM has formed the AXREM Future Leaders Council (AFLC), which will serve as the voice of early career professionals within AXREM member sectors and aims to shape the future of the industry.

The association received 40 applications from across membership companies, with a high calibre of applications and, after a robust selection process, 12 candidates have been chosen to join the AFLC. Due to the popularity of the initiative AXREM has decided to recruit further members to the council in January 2025, so that there is a rolling continuity of members to fulfil the roles, aims and ambitions of the council.

The aim will be to strengthen the current AXREM strategic governance structure by complementing its long- established executive committee. The council will represent a diverse cross-section of membership and areas of interest and the chair of the council will sit on the AXREM executive committee, with the two groups working closely together.

Council members are Elekta physicist (R&D department) Mohammed Abujami, Nihon Kohden critical care sales manager Robert Watson, Ergea business line manager biomedical services James Bill, Blackford Analysis vice president quality assurance and regulatory compliance Evie Eccles, Mindray clinical applications specialist ultrasound Emma Polgar, Philips Electronics UK informatics product specialist Jimi Ashford, Everlight Radiology key account manager Bhavini Tina Lakhani, Fujifilm Healthcare UK marketing and communications manager Toby Heath, Medray key account manager east of England Sam Parker, Sectra contracts administrator Holly Ruddock, Siemens Healthineers CT product specialist Luke Walton and DeepHealth UK contract and account manager Francesca Evans.
