Barco’s glasses-free 3D innovation is designed to support better doctor-patient communication, and the imaging technology company believes such innovations can transform workflows while keeping patient care front and centre.
Barco’s clinical review display, Eonis 3D, is a monitor that requires no special glasses or other wearables to see the 3D effect. This offers patients an unprecedented experience during medical consultations: the ability to see their own pathology in true 3D, appearing to float in front of them. For patients facing major decisions such as whether to undergo surgery, this visual understanding can be very helpful.
Barco also offers Eonis Vision, a bundled solution of the display with Avatar Medical’s Vision software. This combination was named a CES 2026 Innovation Awards Honoree in Digital Health.
Visitors to the Barco booth are also invited to experience the Coronis OneLook monitor. With 32MP resolution, the company says it delivers exceptional performance and workflow support for breast radiologists. In addition, Barco’s remote reading portfolio is said to enable radiologists to maintain high standards of care from virtually anywhere.
Complementing these displays, QAWeb Enterprise supports enterprise-wide, centralised quality assurance and compliance, reinforcing reliability across the imaging chain.
