The 40th Annual Meeting of the British Nuclear Medicine Society opened in Harrogate on Monday and ends today.  The meeting attracted around 400 delegates and 25 exhibitors to the technical exhibition.

The scientific programme included invited reviews, proffered papers and a poster exhibition.   The BNMS Annual Lecture, Advances in high resolution multimodality imaging: from physicist to physician, was given by Professor David Townsend of the national University of Singapore.
