Bon Secours Hospital in Dublin is offering an extended cardiology service following the installation of a ceiling mounted Artis zee from Siemens Healthcare. The facility has treated more than 450 patients since the opening of the interventional cardiology suite in October 2011.
The system has allowed the hospital to carry out a wide range of interventional cardiology procedures, most commonly coronary angiography, PCI and CRT devices and complements the existing inpatient, day case and outpatient cardiology service.
