C-arm gives an uninterrupted view

Queen’s Veterinary School Hospital in Cambridge has chosen a compact BV Pulsera mobile C-arm from Philips UKI to fit its surgical theatres.  Head radiographer Anna Dussek said: “One really important requirement was the physical size of the unit because our surgical theatres are relatively small compared to those in most hospitals for humans.  The Pulsera is manoeuvrable with a compact footprint and the additional monitor mounted on the C-arm enables both the radiographer and surgeon to have an uninterrupted view during screening.”
