County Durham hospitals pick familiar ultrasound platforms

University Hospital North Durham and Shotley Bridge Community Hospital have expanded their busy antenatal clinics with two Hitachi Arietta V70 ultrasound systems to improve scanning times.
Midwife sonographer sister Mandy Joyce said: “In our busy department, we welcomed the familiarity of the operating system of the Arietta V70 which, coupled with high resolution image quality, improves scanning times enormously.”
