Cruise ships upgrade to DR

Konica Minolta general manager healthcare Brian Goldthorpe, Carnival UK assistant medical manager operations Ana Lopes, Konica Minolta regional sales manager David Halfpenny and Carnival UK medical director Dr Kate Bunyan.
Cruise company Carnival UK is to install Konica Minolta AeroDR systems on its entire fleet of UK-based liners.
All P&O and Cunard cruise ships, including the Queen Mary 2, Queen Victoria and Queen Elizabeth, will be kitted out with the digital system, which utilises one of the lightest wireless flat panel detectors on the market and can produce images in less than two seconds.
Konica Minolta installed the first AeroDR system on the flagship P&O liner Britannia last year and the Carnival medical team took the decision to replace its CR systems on the whole fleet.
