Cube system allows ceiling-mounted DR at Wiltshire hospital

Warminster Community Hospital in Wiltshire has installed an X70 Aero DR room from Konica Minolta, utilising a cube to allow a ceiling-mounted system.

It replaced a failed floor-mounted system and field sales manager for Konica Minolta David Halfpenny said: “The new room looks fantastic as you walk in and is such a change from the original room.

“The old system had the same limitations as all floor-mounted systems.  The decision was to opt for a cube solution to allow a ceiling-mounted X70 to be installed without the need and expense of the ceiling supports.”
