Customer voices at the core of ultrasound platform development

Esaote has launched its new MyLab X75 ultrasound system, designed to enhance productivity with high quality imaging.

The platform offers access to specific clinical solutions such as microvascularisation assessment and liver stiffness quantification, as well as zero-click left ventricle function analysis to help users deliver the best care possible.

“In the world of imaging and non-invasive diagnostics innovation is key,” said chief operating officer Eugenio Biglieri.

“Particularly now that health organisations are under great pressure, ultrasound can give a very important contribution, due to its non-ionising radiation, agile and point-of-care approach, which ensure accessibility. In this scenario ease of use and automation are the main drivers for the technology’s adoption.”

The MyLab X75 features connectivity and image sharing tools that facilitate system management and allow innovative models to be implemented.

“The voice of customers and consolidated experience were at the core of the MyLab X75’s development,” explained global marketing product manager Giovanni Altobelli. “Making ultrasound imaging easier was our first priority: light and agile, ergonomic and silent, productive and eco-friendly, the new system perfectly meets current clinical needs.”

The MyLab X75 was launched at a streaming event on several platforms. Part of Esaote’s ‘Exploring the inside’ programme, the event was dedicated to the theme of ‘experience’, with guests such as mountain climber Hervé Barmasse and medical experts taking part.
