Devon DR brings flexibility

Carestream Health has installed two DR x-ray rooms at the newly built Newton Abbot Community Hospital in South Devon, run by the Devon Primary Care Trust. With an anticipated increase in demand, Directview DR 3500 C-arm and Directview DR 7500 dual detector systems were chosen improve workflow.

 

The Directview DR 3500 will handle a full range of general radiography procedures.  The versatile single-detector system delivers digital radiography in a floor-mounted system with the C-arm maintaining constant alignment between the x-ray tube and the Bucky for easy and fast patient positioning.
