April 2024 marks 20 years since Diagnostic Healthcare was established.  Now one of the UK’s largest independent providers of imaging services to both NHS and private patients, the company is a key partner to the NHS with substantial experience of working across both primary and secondary care sectors, supporting Integrated Care Systems (ICSs) and NHS trusts with specialist imaging, reporting and staffing through their national network of clinics, CDCs and mobile and modular solutions.

After being established in 2004, originally as a provider of community ultrasound services, Diagnostic Healthcare grew rapidly, always placing clinical quality and patient experience at the forefront of their services – something that remains its core focus today.  Diagnostic Healthcare now offers services nationwide across the full range of modalities, including MRI, CT, ultrasound, DEXA, CBCT, echo and x-ray.  It also specialises in providing advanced and complex scans such as cardiac CT, cardiac MRI, multiparametric MRI prostate and contrast in the community.

To mark this significant milestone, the company has undertaken a brand refresh.  Chief executive officer Liat Karni, who established the business in 2004, comments: “We are delighted to mark our 20 year anniversary with a refresh of our brand.  It was important to maintain our core identity, our brand values and the brand association that has been built up by the company over the past twenty years since it was established – but we felt it was time to bring a refreshed look that represents the company for what it is today – a leading, technology driven provider of innovative diagnostic services that delivers first class outcomes for our customers and patients across the NHS and private sectors.”

Diagnostic Healthcare will be rolling out its updated branding across its nationwide assets over the coming weeks, including its fleet of mobile and modular units and community clinics.

Liat continues: “I am extremely proud of everyone who has contributed to the success of the company over the past 20 years.  We have an extremely strong and positive culture in the business and I know that none of this would have been achieved without having great people in the business, who place all their focus on our customers and patients.  This, combined with adopting and developing the latest, sector leading technologies, means we are well placed to continue our success over the next 20 years and beyond.”

To further their growth, Diagnostic Healthcare is currently recruiting highly skilled sonographers and radiographers to expand their clinical teams across the UK.  If you would you like to become part of the team and join the next stage of its exciting journey, why not get in touch and see how Diagnostic Healthcare can support your career at: people@dhc.uk.com.
