Dr Chatterjee shares POCUS expertise using Probo’s ultrasound system at Arab Health
Healthcare exhibition Arab Health 2024 took place in Dubai at the end of January and once again showcased cutting-edge technologies and hosted healthcare experts. Among them, consultant in musculoskeletal, sports and exercise medicine Dr Robin Chatterjee (pictured, right) gave an ultrasound demonstration in collaboration with HCA Healthcare.
Using a Probo Medical ultrasound system, Dr Chatterjee illustrated how point-of-care ultrasound scans enhance the patient healthcare experience and how to facilitate ultrasound-guided injections in outpatient settings. The demonstration extended to the realm of diagnosing musculoskeletal injuries, with high quality images being rendered by the system, highlighting the capabilities within healthcare today. “As Dr Chatterjee shared his expertise with fellow healthcare professionals, applause was carried through the exhibition,” says the company. “The demonstration wouldn’t have been possible without Probo Medical providing the ultrasound system, and we are pleased it was such a success and worthwhile to the attendees.”
