Educate by Medica plans a new era of learning following rebrand

Medica has rebranded JCA Seminars as Educate by Medica. Following Medica’s acquisition of JCA Seminars in 2023, it undertook an in-depth evaluation to refine and enhance its educational offering.

Educate by Medica will offer a renewed focus on inspired learning, expanded courses and formats, enhanced resources and new NHS in-house training.

In 2025, 70 courses are planned, offering education across diverse imaging topics and representing a 100 per cent increase on last year. It is expected that 1,500 delegates will benefit from these courses. There will be a balance of virtual and in-person courses, scheduled to take place across the UK and abroad, including locations such as Hanoi, Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur, Rome and South Africa.

To support clients and the broader imaging community, Educate by Medica is introducing several exciting initiatives, the company says. These are: three free delegate places for each NHS client that Medica works with to enhance their educational requirements to the NHS; one free course per year (up to £650 value) for Medica reporters, enabling them to grow their expertise; and the continuation of the popular Seminar Series, now under Educate by Medica, open to all in the imaging community.
