Ergéa’s new transformation team is set to engage with hospitals to tailor services that meet requirements

Vendor-neutral provider of managed equipment services (MES) Ergéa UK has launched its dynamic and experienced team, known as the transformation team in an initiative that highlights the rebranding of its MES offering as Transformation Services.
Unlike traditional MES models, Ergéa says its Transformation Services view technology as a catalyst rather than an end goal. These services support organisations with medical equipment/asset management, build and enabling works, consumables management and support digital transformation. Ergéa offers the ability to access the latest equipment without initial capital investment across clinical services including, but not limited to radiotherapy, radiology, cardiology, endoscopy and theatres.
Ergéa’s says the establishment of the transformation team reinforces a commitment to delivering high quality service and results. This team will engage with hospitals to better understand their current service, challenges and strategic aims to ensure the service offered is tailored to their needs in order to enhance patient care.
Transformation director John Wilkinson will lead the team, bringing leadership perspective from his experience in the NHS, industry and consultancy. Wilkinson’s career notable roles at Siemens Healthineers and GE HealthCare. His most recent position was programme director for the strategic imaging asset management programme at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, London.
Cmmercial director Craig Farrow said: “This strategic move reflects Ergéa’s commitment to innovation, customer satisfaction, and fostering long-term partnerships. We are confident that our newly-enhanced capabilities, coupled with John’s expertise, will contribute significantly to provide high quality services that fit our customer’s needs.”
Four senior level account directors – Mike Leach, Jacqui McElhinney, Anuj Sharma and Gayle Merrygold – will work with transformation specialists David Blackhurst and Sam Strange.
