First Cath Lab User Group meeting in Wales

Delegates at the Cath Lab User Group meeting at Miskin Manor in Wales.

The first annual Wales Cath Lab User Group meeting took place at Miskin Manor, a grade II listed building in the south Wales countryside near Pontyclun.  The learning and networking event was supported by Philips UKI, following the delivery of eight Allura systems in the south Wales cardiology network’s renewal programme.

Philips UKI image-guided therapy business lead Sally Maclachlan welcomed a packed room of delegates.  The agenda began with a case study presentation on right coronary artery dissection by lead radiographer from Royal Glamorgan Hospital Joanne Sewell demonstrating the complexity of the case, with imaging from University Hospital of Wales.
