First high street clinics open for Living Room Health

Living Room Health launched last month with its first two clinics in Paddington, London, and East Street, Brighton. Further openings are planned throughout next year.
Living Room Health aims to bring affordable and accessible self-pay healthcare to high streets. The clinics will offer on-site MR scanning as well as services including allergy, blood and genetic testing; orthopaedic diagnostic and treatment services; non-surgical pain injections; immediate appointments with GPs and immediate access to clinicians.
“We have worked extensively with patients, clinicians and medical practitioners to create a highly accessible offering that will give people immediate access to the services they need,” said ceo Simon Checkley.
Living Room Health is backed by The Regenerative Clinic and a team of orthopaedic surgeons led by knee consultant specialist Professor Adrian Wilson and orthopaedic consultant surgeon Mr Raghbhir Khaka.
Medical director Professor Wilson commented: “Ultimately we want to help people to get better, quicker. We’re offering a wide range of treatments and diagnostics; this will be especially helpful for people living with pain and experiencing orthopaedic trauma and ongoing problems.”
The Paddington clinic has two on-site MRI scanners while the Brighton branch occupies a refurbished shop front and has an on-site MRI system. Clinics are planned for Battersea, Richmond and Kingston in early 2023 with plans to expand across the UK over the next four years.
