First thoracic ultrasound course

The faculty with delegates and Toshiba Medical Systems personnel

Nevill Hall Hospital, Abergavenny, hosted the first thoracic ultrasound course to be held in South Wales for 23 attendees, including consultant respiratory physicians, specialist trainees in respiratory medicine and cardiology and specialist nurses.   Organised by respiratory physicians and consultant radiologists, the course was supported by Toshiba Medical Systems.

Toshiba general manager ultrasound Stuart Mills commented: “Support for these types of dedicated courses is part of our commitment to educate users and widen clinical knowledge.”
