Former apprentice returns to Congleton

With him are Siemens Healthcare regional sales manager John Brady, radiographers Anna Cahalin and Janet Unsworth and Siemens apprentices Richard Lawton, Richard Dunn and Ashleigh Summer.
Congleton War Memorial Hospital, part of East Cheshire NHS Trust, has installed a Multix Fusion from Siemens Healthcare, replacing the previous x-ray system that had come to the end of its life.
“The system has already proven to be user friendly and radiographers have remarked on its ease of use,” said advanced practitioner radiographer Simon Lewis. “We chose to partner with Siemens Healthcare for our new x-ray system as staff are familiar with the technology and it was cost-effective. We are benefitting from rapid image acquisition, low patient dose and remote access and are very happy with the results it delivers.”
