Hybrid delivers quicker service at Highgate

As part of a new imaging and diagnostic suite, Highgate Private Hospital in north London has installed a Philips Healthcare Juno DRF 2-in-1 hybrid system. It combines everything needed for digital radiography and fluoroscopy applications with a dual imaging mode that is intended to maximise capacity.
Imaging services manager Debbie Lang said: “The system allows us to deliver a quicker and more flexible service as part of our multi-million pound imaging unit. We mostly use it to perform x-rays but the fact that the Juno is a hybrid and offers other diagnostic possibilities was the key factor in our procurement decision.
“We are broadening our portfolio of services substantially to better serve our local community.”
