In-clinic ultrasound enhances rheumatism assessments

The rheumatology department at Chapel Allerton Hospital, Leeds, has taken delivery of GE Healthcare Logiq E9 with XDclear and Logiq S7 ultrasound systems.
Consultant rheumatologist Dr Richard Wakefield said: “We are very excited to have two new GE ultrasound systems in the department which will enhance our clinical and research work. The availability of ultrasound in-clinic directly facilitates the rapid assessment and optimal management of our rheumatic patients.”
