Role description
Pennard Vets is looking for a Veterinary radiographer to become a key player in our committed team. Requirements for the role
Ensure high-quality diagnostic images are obtained in a safe and timely manner.
Upholding radiation safety measures and expected standards.
Full-time, based on 32 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:30 am to 5:30 pm
Start ct service with initially low volume, with the exciting challenge of building and expanding the radiography department.
Equipment includes 32-Slice Siemens Somation CT scanner and digital radiography machine.
Grow and lead a team of skilled radiographers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
Perform various radiographic duties, including standard x-rays and other imaging techniques, crucial in supporting our clinical team and enhancing patient care.
Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, contributing your expertise to the diagnosis and treatment plans.
Qualifications
Qualified diagnostic radiographer with a degree or a comparable degree/qualification.
Must be HCPC registered.
Experienced in CT imaging and digital radiography.
Benefits
Competitive salary package up to £28,000 for a full-time role (32 hours per week) or £11,500 for part-time (16 hours per week).
