Latest software helps to cut out clutter

The Aneurin Bevan Health Board has purchased two Toshiba Aplio XG ultrasound systems for Nevill Hall Hospital where they will be employed for general use including obstetrics and gynaecology, MSK procedures and paediatrics.

The Aneurin Bevan Health Board was created in 2009 and provides health care services to more than 600,000 people living in the Gwent area.

Superintendent radiographer Kay James, commented: “We are finding that the new scanners equipped with Precision Imaging software provide superior image quality.”
