Leeds trust welcomes 13 user-friendly ultrasound systems

Commissioning manager Ronnie Hood, GE Healthcare sales and clinical applications specialist Rick Miles, ultrasound team leader Paula Marsh, clinical scientist David Rowland, technical services manager James Gatecliff, ultrasound team leaders Mike Kirk and Rachael McMurran, clinical applications specialist Eric Dickinson, radiology services manager Karen Harrison, capital contracts manager Andrew Gibbons and reporting sonographer Tracey Wade.

Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust has installed 13 GE Healthcare Logiq E9 and Voluson E8 ultrasound systems across its radiology ultrasound departments. Each system is equipped with a suite of transducers suitable for a wide range of imaging needs.

“We selected GE as the systems have exceptional image quality, with user-friendly advanced technology” explained radiology services manager Karen Harrison. “The Logiq is designed to provide high imaging quality across various departments including obstetrics, gynaecology, general and vascular medicine.”
