Low ceilings at Cork pose no problem

Xograph Healthcare Ireland territory manager Michael Leonard with Cork University Hospital clinical specialist Raj Chopra and radiology services manager Catherine O’Neill.
Xograph Healthcare Ireland says it has installed the first general radiography system in the Republic of Ireland equipped with wireless direct digital detectors.
Hospital radiology services manager Catherine O’Neill said: “We are delighted with the Intuition wireless DR system. It is extremely light and easy to move and the new Canon DR software is very intuitive, which is very important with such a large number of radiographers in the department.
“Once this room is running at its full potential it will be the busiest in the whole hospital. The wireless detectors from Xograph will enable us to greatly increase patient throughput.”
