Magentus shares collaboration-led developments at UKIO

UKIO 2026 in Liverpool was the ideal opportunity for Magentus to reconnect with customers and show the progress being made across its Cris radiology information solution. The stand was busy throughout, with engagement from radiographers, clinical leads and RIS teams looking at practical ways to improve day-to-day workflow and service performance. “We saw strong interest in the Cris web applications, particularly from organisations planning upgrades or looking to modernise specific parts of their workflow,” the company said. “It also gave us the opportunity to demonstrate a different way of working with customers. Recent investment in Cris is being shaped through closer collaboration with NHS teams, with user feedback and research playing a more direct role in how products are developed.”

This shift was reflected in the conversations on the stand, Magentus said. There was less focus on features and more focus on how systems can support clinical teams, reduce friction and give clearer visibility across services. “UKIO remains a valuable forum for these discussions,” it continued. “For us, it reinforced a simple point. Progress comes from listening closely and building with the people who use the system every day.”
