Marion Frank, OBE

A Service of Thanksgiving for the life of Marion Frank was held on held Friday, September 23, 2011 at St Marylebone Parish Church, London, UK.  A full church of friends, former colleagues and representatives from radiography organisations heard tributes from family members and Richard Evans, ceo of the College of Radiographers.

Dr Frank died on September 15, 2011 aged 90, after a short illness.

She will be remembered by many around the world for her work with the International Society of Radiographers and Radiological Technicians and was particularly proud of being presented with the ISRRT’s Dien van Dijk Award last year.
