Medray acquires HULBERT Imaging
Medray Imaging Systems Group has acquired HULBERT Imaging, a Worcester-based medical and dental imaging solutions business. The acquisition strengthens Medray’s radiology portfolio and service offering to healthcare customers in the UK.
Medray managing director Siobhan Crowley said: “Tony Hulbert and the team have built a leading dental business that Medray has admired for many years. HULBERT and Medray operate to a shared ethos of customer service and innovative product solutions. I am delighted that we have completed this acquisition and look forward to working with Tony, Tom and the existing team in delivering a seamless market offering between the two businesses for the benefit of all our customers.”
The acquisition is Medray’s third strategic acquisition supported by growth capital investor Erisbeg.
