James Bill and Jack Bond

AXREM’s Future Leaders Council was established in 2024 and it has grown under the leadership of Fujifilm Healthcare European marketing manager, MS and MI, Toby Heath, who has completed his term as chair. Ergéa business line manager, biomedical services, James Bill has been appointed as the new chair.

Bill sought to develop his career in the MedTech industry after university. In 2023, he moved to Ergéa where he now works as a business line manager for the biomedical engineering services division. A self-confessed science and healthcare nerd, he is interested in how healthcare businesses will adapt their offerings in the AI era. Bill said: “Having served on the council for nearly a year, I have seen the impact we can make. With the Future Leaders Council doubling in size, we have more resource to build on last year’s successes.”

EIZO business development manager healthcare Jack Bond has been appointed as vice chair. Bond, with a background of diagnostic radiography and a former part-time children’s science party host, has spent the last six years working with EIZO travelling the country, presenting to NHS and private sites.
